Dietary guidelines at home

1.  Less salt and less oil, control sugar limit wine.

     Eat less salty and Fried foods; Drink plain water and tea, 7-8 cups per day for adults; No or less sugary beverages; For adults, the amount of alcohol ≤25 g/day for males and 15 g/day for females

2. Eat for balance and a healthy weight.

Don’t overeat, reduce sitting time, and get up and move every hour.

3. Treasure food and prepare meals as needed

Advocate separate meals and the use of chopsticks, spoons; Choose fresh, safe food and suitable cooking methods; Food preparation raw cooked separate, cooked food to heat through the secondary heating

 

 

4. Food variety, cereal – based

   A daily diet should include cereals, vegetables and fruits, livestock, fish, eggs, milk, soy nuts, etc. Pay attention to the choice of whole grains, miscellaneous beans and potatoes.
